We are a newly licensed Adult Foster Home in Sisters, Oregon. Our home offers two full time providers with years of experience and knowledge in the long term care environment.
Each Resident will have a specialized care plan designed to meet their needs, while encouraging independence in everyday living.
This home setting is a great alternative to Assisted Living and Alzheimer's & Dementia Care Facilities. Our four private rooms each offer a half bath, including linens, bedding, towels, soap, toilet paper, and laundry service. We also provide three meals everyday with snacks offered twice a day, routine housekeeping, basic administration of medications as ordered by your physician, and activities tailored to meet each individual's social, physical and cognitive needs.
